Always take an action based on property and its prospects, AND price. For, as the Markets have proven over and over again from their beginnings, The Tape Never Lies.

Very seldom does the price ever match the property or prospects. This leads me to believe that the only constant is property and prospects, making price unimportant. Price will always rise as long as property and prospects are in tact. Therefor price must be irrelevant.
