Panel (ODP) approved the LTK procedure on January 13... ...so a full six months would take us to July 13. Since the panel had previously reviewed the procedure last July, the application has been in the process since last July. The question with the LTK procedure has been efficacy, and not side effects. Even the critics admit this procedure is safe, the question was whether it provided effective treatment over the longer term. Now with the longer term data in hand, even that question is answered. I still think approval in May is likely, and approval by July 13 is certain. Paul
