Jim -
The thing that would convince me would be a 4P server - that segment is almost a commodity now. But I doubt if CPQ would do a server or even a workstation with Athlon - they only use them for consumer products. I would expect someone who wants to cut into CPQ's 4-way turf and has the engineering stroke to do it, maybe HP or IBM. I don't see how GTW could produce a 4P Athlon box unless AMD engineers the motherboards for them.
