Yes it is. But users use systems, not CPUs alone.
And it become apparent that the current AMD systems
suck. At 100MHz. Unfortunately.

And yes, the plain boxmaker Dell has won:

But again, their 866-MHz machine posts roughly
the same high scores as their 1000r machine,
in almost every benchmark. This is a clear proof
that the winner is the Dell's proprietary videocard
and unspecified model of hard disk, and the
Cumines play a minor role in all that.

All this proves only that Dell's systems engineering
is superior to GTW or CPQ or AMD at this point.
