Terra Networks, Coca-Cola Unit Form Internet JV MADRID -(Dow Jones)- Spanish Internet company Terra Networks SA (TRRA) said Tuesday that it has formed a joint venture with the Spanish unit of Coca-Cola Corp. (KO). Terra said it will create and develop a new webpage for Coca-Cola Espana, but didn't disclose financial terms. Visitors to Coca-Cola Espana's website will be able to link to Terra Networks' Internet portal, Terra said. Terra Networks specializes in Spanish- and Portuguese-language web portals. It is a unit of Telefonica SA (TEF), Spain's former telecom monopoly.
