What do you mean? Do you mean that Xybernaut was the first to patent wearable computers? That's completely untrue. I assume you can read the results of a search on the U.S. patent database. Run a search using Xybernaut as the assignee, for all years, and you'll see that Xybernaut discloses that there are prior patented wearable computers invented by, and assigned to, others, including 5,285,398.
