For those of you following CRA:

I found a good post over in Fool Land.
A medical student/doctor gives an excellent explanation of what Celera is doing as they map out the entire Human Genome.
It contains a lot of good insight in my opinion.

Here is the link:
boards.fool.com

It's a lengthy post with some technical jargon where it's necessary. Enough of a good read to help me get ready to go back to sleep...

Insomnia sucks.

good question clappy. it makes me think and clarify too.

I was wondering why you decided to sell so much of your margin QCOM?

the reason was just to get out of the casino and follow voltaire's plan for the stress free life.

i also need the available margin to pay my taxes and to have dry powder for any exceptional short term opportunity that might arise. i may hang on to the remaining 600 margined qcom as a less risky spec play for awhile. i'm not sure whether to sell CCs on them or not - that would somewhat encumber them. perhaps i should if i decide to keep them a month or longer. but if qcom were to shoot up quickly on a nok announcement or something else it would be nice to be holding them uncovered by calls.
