Interesting article in yesterday's LA Times may explain some of the recent big drop in BEAS.

Seems that another big Internet software had to "restate" (translate, tell the truth about) their last year's income. Apparently there was some vigorous book-cooking going on over there (Sorry, I don't have the paper with me to tell you which company it was).

Anyhow, that stock's valuation dropped nearly 50%. I'll bet that a lot of BEAS 15 point drop on 3/20 was in sympathy (i.e., people worried that all the Internet software companies are guilty of the same).

I know it's not logical, but that's how the market moves.
