Hi GZ, Please excuse my delayed response.I had to travel up to Wisconsin as my mother was held in a hospital for observation after what was supposed to be some outpatient surgery became more complex.She is in good shape but she is a care provider for my father - which I am now doing (I wonder if my Dad knows how periless his health condition is) Hehehehe All is fine here,except his little computer is an oldie goldie.I haven't been observing the markets as traveling and hospital visits have been priority one. It does seem like it got sloppy friday at the close (my semi equip stocks were higher in the A.M.. Amat and Ter had leadership breakouts into new high but many others seem to be heavy and not able to reach new ground.Time for keeping the powder dry and observing this top get put in. Thanks for the post and I'll have more time next week to stay abreast as I'll get mom home on sunday (if all goes well). Bob
