I'm still holding, but I gotta tell ya, this has been dissapointing "dead money" for 6 months now. I am interested in getting an update regarding their filings status. Other companies are being processed in a reasonable amount of time. So, why can't PAEB straighten out their past financial structure to the satisfaction the SEC ?

The news releases are great, we all know that PAEB's technology, product and market positioning have potential, but, you know, .........

Regards,
Chris

Hi Lord Ernie and Chris,

I think that the prospects for Palweb are very exciting and I also look forward to when they are off the pinks. With the advances that they are making in their product, they will work harder and harder to fulfill the requirements of the SEC because it will be hard to explain why they are on the pinks to their customers.

I think that a lot of great companies have the know-how to develop their products, but financial statements are like a foreign language to them. The only way they can get through the SEC filing is to have a very sharp accountant. A lot of companies look down their nose at the work of the accountant.

Chris, I haven't followed PAEB al that long. Have they given any indication of when they will have the SEC requirements filled?

Take care.
