How is it determined that "...property and prospects are intact?" It is next to impossible to determine this. To many variables. This is why no one can ever figure out what a stock will do. The market is nothing more than an educated guess. My point was, if you think PRICE plays an important role, think again. I have not ever seen that to be the case. I would much rather try and make an educated guess on "property and prospects", because one controls the other. Price is always the reaction not the action. Ron Dior
