Schwab isn't the only company hearing the drumbeat of customer demand for wireless Web services.

As a very active Schwab trader, the only reason I'm anxious for Schwab to offer wireless trading is because their Telebroker commissions are so ridiculously high. If I could place a trade on telebroker for the web commission (or something close) I'd be content for now. But for some reason (which no-one at Schwab can adequately explain to me) the Telebroker commissions are about the same as the live broker commissions -- about 10 times the web commission for an average size trade. I don't understand why many of the other discount brokers can offer the same commission whether you place the trade on the web or through the phone, but Schwab can't.
