It's my understanding that Dynamic Details is a GSLI customer and in fact the only one in the US. Most the drilling business is in SEA.

I see this suit as an attempt to intimidate customers. When I see this type of repeated legal action, I tend to assume a litigious management on the plaintiffs' side, rather than an especially offending or stupid company on the other.
