Hey MusicGuy, it's good to hear from you again. The good thing about this move in my opinion is that: a) Gassman does have "some" experience in the Entertainment business, (I know exactly what you mean by a "powerhouse") but at least he must have some/a clue b) more importantly he is "a lawyer" and hopefully he has certain abilities in negotiating. Read the filing, it certainly seems like this company could use some help in this department!LOL!!:) Anyway you are correct in saying that, until he actually does something the verdict is OUT, and no one can argue or question that!
