Well, as a matter of fact, Prudential reiterated their buy the other day (as I thought was fairly clear), so this was new information, not old information. And, as I thought I also made clear, I welcome your making a negative but thoughtful case against E*Trade; what I don't welcome is simple mindless bashing of the stock, as well as constant taunting references to longs when the price goes down. Frankly, I'm amazed that you even think that is a productive way to use your time.

As for who attacked who first, I have neither the time nor the inclination to try and unravel that ball. I could similarly challenge you to find a post where you actually contributed something of value to this thread, but frankly already know the answer...

"Were it the opposite, then you would find no problems in my
pointing out the E-Groupie false hopes."

You talk, talk, talk, but your words contain no substance. I do not have the time to research all of the daily news that is written on E*Trade, as my work days are just to long, but I know if news on E*Trade is written that day, I can rely of many of the subscribers that post on SI to post the news, good or bad. But your postings are pure bashing, empty of any meaning. As I have posted before, I would welcome your opinion on why this company is trash if you can articulate it. henryCLAY
