Firstly, it's too early to say if it is a head and shoulders unless we see it close below 100 today (and tomorrow for confirmation). More important is the increase in volume that occurs at the 100 level, followed by a drop. This happened previously end of Feb and beginning of March.

100 is a strong resistance for SUNW. Maybe it will be third time lucky, but I doubt it. If I owned SUNW now, I would sell it, regardless of the head and shoulders. I don't think any decline in SUNW will be drastic, more of a drwan out process. You may have your own other considerations like taxes - which I am not subject to with my offshore accounts.
