JDN - A.L. on the SUNW thread also read the Bloomberg piece. Bloomberg seems to have gotten a lot of the detail a little wrong. You should not dismiss this initiative - and ones like it from SUNW and others - too quickly. The ASP space may be a $20B market in a few years, and the financial model is up for grabs. If CPQ gets it right they could end up dominating that space, and they have already done a number of innovative things to go after the business. An incremental $10B in high margin server revenue would do wonders for the bottom line.
