Yes, I got rolled to an automated voice saying 'the party you're calling isn't answering their phone right now'. Very annoying.

I've been tempted on days like this to use a couple of phone lines and just keep constantly dialed in. If I get answered and don't have anything to do, I'll just hang up and re-queue myself. This, of course, runs counter to helping the situation but these 10+ minute waits as a Platinum customer are getting old.

I don't even try. When the website is down, they're all scrambling to understand what is going on.

I'm currently flying blind..... placed a sell order when the crippled system was working (after down time) but before they switched to backup. Canceled it (limit order), and I'm presuming that the cancelation went through. As usual, orders placed at that time are blind to the customer using the website *and* to your team.

Over and over and over and over and over again.

I can't confirm they didn't pick up, only that they didn't pick up in 20 minutes!..Very unhappy today, as I missed out on some planned trades that would have been profitible (isn't that always the case!)
