Techplayer, Thanks for that information. I will take a look at those figures. The problem is that both companies are growing earnings so fast, it is difficult to get reliable estimates.

Looks to me like CIEN is engaged in some financial engineering. Check out the 10-Q and you will see some startling differences between operating cash flow and earnings.
