My impression was that COHU had a much larger share of the Rambus memory chip handler market than it did of the non-Rambus memory chip handler market. Also my impression was that Rambus memory manufacture and testing was more intricate (given the much higher cost for Rambus memory), which would indicate either more expensive handlers or more handlers for a given level of output. But I do not have a technology background, so if these impressions are wrong, please correct me.

And, most frustratingly, TER got a whole lot MORE expensive today, up 8%+, while Cohu took a 3%+ hit. I was hard pressed to find another semi equipment stock that was down today. Very hard to accept sometimes...
