Walter, this is just about exactly what I figured was happening and why I sold out a month ago. Now the details are out I'm still underwhelmed. Considering the shares outstanding and the cheap options to be exercised yet I doubt shareholders will see 70 cents a share out of this deal and that in stock. It sure must have been a buyers market because they got Cistron and all that cash on the cheap.

If people are serious about wanting to reject the merger, we need to rally the support of the institutions. Last I knew, they owned significant chunks of CIST. I don't credit them with being too with it, so they will need some educating.

I once tried to motivate them to get more involved by contacting them directly (I think I still have the contact info if anyone wants it). I would do it, but CIST has burnt me out over the years.

Frankly, I am just happy to see some forward progress from these slugs.
