The line is always drawn somewhere. Who is nihil to impose his values upon those who find overt breast- feeding disturbing, distracting, or just plain rude? If there were a legal framework, either supporting the restaurant in a confrontation, or the nurser, who is to decide? The courts, or the elective representatives? Since there is no real civil rights issue, it should be dealt with by ordinance. Let all concerned present their cases, and, if it goes against them, live to fight another day. That is democracy..........
