My last Honda went 187,000 before I sold it. Had the original clutch and never needed adjustment.

Nearly exactly my experience (82 Accord) and had loaned the car to my sister for the last year. An accident ended its service though, and I donated it to charity. I did most of the maintenance with the help of my father in law, a farmer and very good mechanic.
