If they acquired Intel, you still would find fault.

ADBL is a software company:

AudibleManagerTM, a software system that manages access to, scheduling and automatic delivery of audio programming; and the AudiblePlayerTM, software designed for mobile digital devices with audio capabilities that allows those devices to become AudibleReadyTM and capable of downloading, storing, and playing back between 2 and 28 hours of content from audible.com.

The Company's key partners include Amazon.com, AT&T Corp., Compaq Computer Corporation, The Intel Corporation, Microsoft Corporation and Real Networks, Inc. AudibleReady? devices include numerous palm-size PC companions powered by the Microsoft© Windows© CE Operating System which are manufactured by Casio Inc., Compaq and the Hewlett-Packard Company, as well as portable digital audio devices manufactured by S3/Diamond Multimedia Systems, Sanyo (SEC. Ltd.), Panasonic, Royal Philips Electronics, and Toshiba.

ADBL's market cap is around $270 on sales of $1.7 million, losses of $13 million, but cash of around $37 million. I believe the company will earn its market cap in the near future.

Ignoring the $37 million in cash (according to Yahoo), would an ADBL acquisition benefit EDIG's stock price and help EDIG achieve its long term goals?

Oh well, I believe, somebody is going to buy ADBL soon.
