Not really, there can be all kinds of reasons for NEEDING to be a shareholder, or for wanting to move a price. The size of the transaction implies probably that it was done by a legal beagle on behalf of somebody else. Most likely somebody needed access to documents such as the shareholder list which only a shareholder can demand to see.

Might be an interesting meeting if mischief is afoot???
Can't be specific but IMHO it's a safe bet that it was a need to be a shareholder for some purpose rather than a burning drive to buy the shares as an investment.
