Hmm I guess that signals the end in the mergers in the optical sector. If I was running things, I wouldn't care about some Paris based biz. complaining, DOJ is USA geez. If I was JDSU I would strike a two year deal and make my number one customer happy. If I was Corning I would pounce on this. buy Corning..

Bought NTAP about two hours ago, just way too strong to let it go.

I notice that JDSU is not falling. I never have played the spread game on a merger. If I'm holding one or the other I hold as long as the stock performs. I also see that QCOM has come back from the morning selling, I see that is a tell since we got the a reg. to sell report last night. So we might just get going soon in that one. Watch the close for QCOM, strong close would conform this to me.

Greg --> I bet you all my distracters on SI are happy to see me happily typing away on this thread and not bothering them. Screw em, give them fish heads as donnie would say. I want to know how many people are booked market and how many people are on ignore, the powers to be should post it, that would be fun to see.
