Fear of deal going sour will cause arbs to head for the door -- fast -- and mean a squeeze (of sorts) for JDSU (since arbs are short JDSU). That said, I still fully believe deal going through.

ETEK,
I chickened out and sold my ETEK. The idea of a free 10% arbitrage trade upset my Kharma and I was beginning to feel jinxed. (For more info on this trading technique try: theonion.com )

At any rate, even if I think the deal will go through, what is important is what other people think. I'm sticking with my JDSU and may throw the cash from the ETEK sale into more.
