XYBR, MVIS, RMTR

They are all speculative and not much profits. A little money on "long shots" sometimes pays off. For me there was NetB@nk last April. Fun, but don't kid yourself, it's definitely gambling. So as long as the bets are small, enjoy.

CandideMan,

You wrote: Thanks lurqer, I found XYBR, I am thinking about putting together a little portfolio of emerging portable techs
including XYBR, MVIS, RMTR, etc... Doing some DD now?.Any thoughts, adds, deletes?

I own RMTR. I like XYBR and will study it more before plunging in. We could compare notes...

Here's another I've been following for last month or so:
PANL
They have some patents for a technology called OLED flat panel displays. Their displays are flexible, brighter, and have a larger viewing angle. They license out their technology. They do have competition and I don't have it all figured out yet if they will be a giant.
Their displays are approx 80% transparent. I saw mentions of using the flexible panel for flight helmet face shields, large window sized monitor/TV screens, and several other applications including wireless appliances, cell phones, etc.

I am also high on LHSP and other voice enabling technologies. If you know of any other smaller companies, let me know.

I see countless applications for this technology.
Smart houses (using LONWORKS with voice activated central computer),
Automobiles (All hand controls, radio, and phone)
Internet Browsing via sound. (An interpretor software reads the pages to you... Already being done...)
International Communications (You speak into your phone and it automatically translates it on the other end.)
Medical Transcription recording and data storage. (The doctor talks into a hand held device and all the information is translated into retrievable data, eliminating a ton of data processing. This is already being done.)
Improved automated phone systems. (Instead of pressing buttons, you talk your way through the maze until you are put on hold to wait for the real live human...)
:^)

I love talking tech!

Anyone else have any ideas?
Superconductors? Fuel Cells? Nanotech? M-Com/E-Com security and verification?

Open invitation to everyone for more ideas and companies:
Let's make a basket!
