Hi Tuck,

A little early yes. That Barrons article hurt DSCM's stability. The CEO of DSCM is rumored to be on CNBC tonight. Also one cannot underestimate the power of a bunch of commercials in reaching the investing public. My guess is the underwriters of the secondary backed of this Barrons Stuff and will be back with a vengence. They will push DSCM again along with the commercial blitz IMO...

CYPB along with the entire biotech Sector popped nicely today. My guess is we are getting our right shoulder. It will be "short & sweet". Too many burned on biotech to be sustained IMO. This should create some nice shorting opportunities IMO. Look for the tops.

PCTH is showing it's true colors. The volume is suggestive of two possible scenarios. Could be short covering into conversions. Could be short manipulation to get the price down to allow for the next round of converts. I would expect the price to drop below $3 over the next few days if they want to get it down much lower. I expect it to gap down fast. Looking for low two's next week.

If they hold it at $3 then they are looking to convert much sooner. Which would surprise me considerably. M*** is looking weaker too. Too bad these two will likely bottom around the same time. If we are lucky PCTH will take first. Or Vice-Versa Then we can roll with this as a strategy looking for others. I did this successfully once before with a few stocks. Screening for a few more... : )

One strategy among many... : )

BEST WISHES
Jeffrey
