You folks think SONE was down today because of the patent litigation? I think if Corillian were not a threat, maybe they would have ignored them. In my next life, I will be an intellectual property law litigator. Must be the most lucrative job in the world.

Joel & thread, I've reached the point of my ignorance here, where continued digging will do me no good. Accordingly, because of this unclarity, I'm changing the way I play SONE for a while. Just cashed out @ 103. I'll be playing this with options only now, most usually via sold puts. This might result in my again owning shares. So mentally, I am guardedly optimistic and long, but in the physical plane, currently neutral until the fallout falls out. Cheers, Tuck
