Text of conversation with Robert Putnam from BusyBump on RB.

INSPIRING TALK W/ ROBERT PUTNAM!

Moments ago I concluded an approx. 10 minute conversation with Robert Putnam. I am almost beside myself with excitement from his answers to my questions and his sheer enthusiasm! I will do my best to follow his terminology and intent.

Question #1: Will the new board member(s) be announced soon?
Response: Out of the CES we found ourselves with numerous candidates who could bring much more to the Board than just financial background. We have been taking our time to make the right selection(s) and there will be an announcement VERY SOON!

Q#2: Fred's recent letter contained no mention of Intel. Is the relationship intact?
R#2: I think we made it clear last fall that the shareholders cannot expect to hear anything specific about product from Edig/Intc until later this year. You have to understand that this is a relationship that goes back 6 years...a relationship of different layers. We share a lot of history with Intel. We (EDIG) have matured in Intel's eyes and one of the biggest factors in maintaining this relationship during product development is, can we keep our mouths shut. This is the same proviso that applies to the OEM's...confidentiality!
Q#3: Speaking of OEM's...I know I won't get a specific answer but are there more than 5...or less than 10 in Edig's corner?
R#3: The number of OEM's between us and Maycom is in the double digits...and who knows what that number will grow to in 2-3 months from now!
Q#4: Will there be any significant news out prior to the NASDAQ listing?
R#4: Yes, there will be.
Q#5: Would you venture any broad guess as to when the NASDAQ listing will occur?
R#5: No, I can't. This is not solely dependent upon Edig's application. The NASDAQ official assigned to Edig could be processsing several apps and collecting information. I can say, however, that, having been involved in this process before, it is going well. The inquiries from NASDAQ up 'til now have been very friendly and have been numerical in nature, i.e. digging through records for shareholder information. This is the first phase of questions, then will come the more business-oriented ones. Rest assured that we are moving forward.
Q#6: How would you assess the company's position at the moment?
R#6: Fred Falk has guided this company with relationships and has assembled the engineering talent to take this company to the top of the industry!
Q#7: What is Edig's main goal at this time?
R#7: Our goal is to make Edig the standard of the industry, not just for portable music players but for other digital devices, as well. We are working with OEMs that want to get it right the first time. We are working with non-electronics firms which want to use our product to establish brand recognition with the 18-30 year olds. There are even companies that we are working with that already have players on the market and want to use our version as their next generation product!

That was the gist of the conversation in his words as best as I could recall. I thanked him on behalf of all the loyal shareholders and he commented: "Well, keep the faith. We need all your support."

What can I say? Is this the company of our dreams, or what!
