From the Lehman's Report: "The brokerage said that after speaking with the companies, it is confident that they are funded through at least the second quarter of 2001, and most of the companies are funded beyond that period." "We have talked with all of our companies under coverage and are confident that there are no near term financing concerns,? the report asserts." Note the bold print. This implies Barron's did not even speak with these companies before printing their reports. I would not take anything that Barron's prints for fact any more.
