My Daddy told me never to invest in depreciating assets. Still, I need transportation and buying for cash and keeping until they're used up is the most economic way. I remember reading early on that people who do that save hundreds of thousands of $$$ over a lifetime over those who trade every two years. Jags are now Fords - and they're tiny inside - forget about it. I like the Audi wagons but I know the Germans are high maintenance over the long haul even if not up front. I wish Acura made a sports wagon. What's your horse?
