Rambus on a rampage...(link)

cnnfn.com

Is our momentum back after today? I would think some follow through on this rally would be extremely bullish. It seems as if we are only a quarter away from the beginning of an earnings tornado. Soon enough Rambus will become a Gorilla, the partners have all committed en masse. Micron the only major slow to commit, is now being upgrade because of Rambus. Hahaha...

BTW...I received an e-mail from Rambus, and they indicated that several communications wins would be announced soon.

Jd,

Subtract the out of the money the option is to the stock and you will get much closer to what my margin is. Example with my position is 20% of the underlying stock which is 350 x 20% = 70 less 150 = a minus which in this case it falls back to a 10% min. with Preferred Trade which is 350 x 4000 shares x 10% + the Premium of $13 = $192,000 of margin!

>You need $ 452,000 in assets by my figures to make $44,000.<

Now if I remember was it not you that said you would be happy with a 24% return on your RMBS stock with your $330 leaps? Well if it was figure my return if I collect the whole premium will be 275% on an annualize basis and more if I compound it over the two year period!

>. Do you have a stop loss price in mind.<

No I do not, for if it goes over $500 a share and they call it from me I will go straight short the stock!

>I still got my investments from yesterday and can't complain<

Are you sure? I believe I saw a post of yours today where you got out! If not I mistaken it with another poster! Let me know if I need to go back and read your post today?

>LOL You will win your bet most likely but without tying up an increasing amount of capital as RMBS goes up in price.<

I feel like I will win my bet also or I would not have put it on! I have the capital to ride it way past $500 a share if need too!

Hank
P.S.-Get back with me on any of the above statements!
