Additional info to add to the last post.

I talked to the company this week after seeing the stock hit new lows. William VdM had just gotten back from Indo and updated me on the latest developments. Note they are from the management who are always positive and need to be taken with some caution. I'll do my best to keep to the facts related to past NR's.

The company is taking a practical engineering approach to finalizing the flow sheet for the new mill, getting the size of the equipment speced so they can start small and get production going to avoid more consolidation or dilution of current float of 23 MM shares. Some financing arrangements are in the works.

They have not been concerned about the share price but do plan to promote it once they can some production going which is still on track for May.

Long term they do not plan on merging with another gold company with a deposit in Ghana as discussed in a previous NR. If the production from the new plant is as successful as they think it will be, they plan on using the design for the new mill to do joint ventures with other companies that have similar deposits.

There is nothing patentable for the new flowsheet to get the manganese out of the concentrate. It is a combination of current methods used for both a gold/silver plant and a manganese plant.

The environmental issues with the mill will be minimal with only some sulphur dioxide (SO2) gas to vent. From a previous NR it sounded more serious having to purchase the land to avoid potential future lawsuits. There is no leaching required to get the recovery grades of 80 % or better expected. Just gravity separation and some magnetic separation technology. The costs for extraction should be about U$75/oz.

The hard rock ore mentioned in the last NR on the property that may have some gold in it would be more expensive to mine than the soft surface material they are planning to process.

The NR should be out next week and update everyone on latest positive developments.

Needless to say if they can get some gold production going and manage the locals, the stock at the current price is a tremendous value. I doubt it will be here for long.
