Jim: You're one of the few posters on Yahoo that I try to read. While I'm not much on technicals, I appreciate the info you post over there. I started watching this stock at .75. fundamentally, it deserved to be a .75 stock. It was on precarious financial footing at the time. I bought in around $4 after the first restructuring with Coastal. It showed confidence by someone with more knowledge than you or I have access to and dramatically improved the balance sheet.

Subsequent moves show continued progress to improve ICOM's future. The private placement eliminated any concerns over the company's survival prospects and cemented its ability to grow. The addition of people with experience in the industry is impressive. Quality people don't jump into a sinking ship. These guys are coming over because they smell opportunity. It also suggests to me that, near term, the rumors of a merger are nothing more than rumors. Nobody is going to jump to a company about to be taken over, unless they have really great stock options.

The thing I can't get my arms around is where ICOM's technology stands in comparison to its competitors. Any insights?

Thanks, Ray
