How About That.. As for insider trading look at Fred W. Rausch Jr. , Dir, 100,000 shares , Type of Transaction... 144 .. Date 3/7/00,Value.. $0.26, Date entered.. 3/20/00.. This is a sale of 100,000 shares, the entity that bought the shares does not have to answer the sale until the 10th of April 2000. And only if it was a single person.. or entity..Did anyone "see" the $.26 sale ?? Look up Mr. Rausch Jr. Also look up form 144, Form 3, 4 and 5, also form 13 D and 13 G.. the timing of these forms is very important.. It co-insides with the 1st or 2nd week of April.. Hazmet 2000 anyone ? I bought my shares at average price of .25, a hole bunch back in 1998, and I am listening to the swing of 21st Tech... Happy Hunting.. Darrel

This 'E' thing is really no BIG deal. The PR actually proves what GREAT management TEXN has. BUT if those door knobs over on the RB don't stop talking....they will chase this down tomorrow. The 'E' should be more of an embarrassment for the NASD then for TEXN, they filed in January.....and now they decide to ask questions, the week before the deadline...hmmm. Stay strong....this will not effect the timeline IMO, If the price suffers....it will recover in a week when the 'E' is removed. I believe the 'E' is already factored into the current price, the down trend in TEXN yesterday (March 21) corresponded to the 'E' news....but with MM's who knows...it could of been a push.
