Hi. Thanks for taking the time to find and post those links. That helps me understand just how complicated things are on the B/D side of things. It would have to largely automated because it would be too hard for a human to keep track of all that stuff. Anyways with regards to my order it appears that HRZG had 90 seconds to confirm my order. They didn't do it in time so they have to turn themselves in for a late report. No big deal unless they do it all the time. I could have set my software to time the order out or I could have cancelled the order at anytime. They still cost me some money by being late but looks like the Nasdaq doesn't go very far in mitigating late report damages.
