Biotech Recuperation, is the virus over? Careful of relapses...Very bold to presume, although I'd like to hope we have the bottom for at least a 'relief rally' for the next few days.. You can't really judge because this sector is probably even more iffy than the internet sector. Both unlike the semiconductor sector which always is moving up after bullish flag corrections. What I wonder about is where is the money coming from to buy some of these biotechs? I know there was a lot of money lost in the biotech sector because otherwise it would not be down if shares were not dumped steadily at losses, during each and every day of the selloff. Is this new money? Is this trader's money? If individual investors left the sector on time than I think we can hope for a longer term rally because, like us, they are waiting on the sidelines to pounce once again for an 6-8 week sustained uptrend like before. But, on the other hand, if these people lost money and are only waiting for the first opportunity to recoup some of their losses then another selloff can be imminent on profit taking. I kept enough of shares to enjoy a gain if it continues and of course get in for more, but not that much that a gap down will do much damage.
