Prudential report based on annual analyst meeting held yesterday.

"Company indicated that acquisitions continue to be a key focus and intends to aggressively pursue large, accretive acquisitions that could augment its top-tier OEM customer base, geographic presence, or technology capabilities."

"We believe that JBL is among the best positioned EMS companies due to its strong management team and superior supply chain management capabilities, and remains well positioned for a number of large OEM asset divestitures. "

They seem to think the company is fully valued at $88 therefore think upside is limited in the near term. They do go on to say "We would look for a significant OEM asset acquisition announcement to serve as a catalyst for the shares"
