WSTL --

I applied the same model that Kaufmas Bros applied to WSTL (15 x Estimated 2001 Revenue) on EFNT and I found out the target price on EFNT should be $80 (based on 300M revenue estimate for EFNT for year 2001).

With current EFNT's $175 price tag, EFNT is about twice as expensive as WSTL... So... why EFNT keep going up?

L.

Need to read Preferred's Upgrade on WSTL's Investor site..(click analysts at top and then go down to preferred at the bottom).

Joel Achramowicz says...
<With EFNT selling at 50 times trailing rev.'s - even with the current mrkt sentiment-and CMTN selling at 40 times trailing rev.'s, one puzzles as to why WSTL in its new manifestation cannot aspire to 10 times rev. multiple. After all EFNT isn't earning and $ and CMTN is marginally profitable at best! So, if we assign a 10 times rev. multiple to future rev.'s of $323.5 million for WSTL we arrive at a target price of $48.>

IMHO...(which unfortunately means nothing) I don't see why WSTL should be discounted to EFNT or CMTN...WSTL is the one with all the contracts (RBOC's), sales, CPI and soon to be profits...EFNT & CMTN should be discounted to WSTL. Therefore, WSTL should be atleast 50 times future rev.'s which would put it at $250 per shr.

The future market penetration with the RBOC's vs the COVD's don't compare. THE RBOC's will have the major block of DSL business! WSTL is so ridiculously undervalued!

By the way, take a look at the current Mutual Fund Holders of WSTL...Pretty weak to say the least. When the real funds start buying WSTL will take off. I expect that to happen once we get over $50...which should be real soon!

Hell, my friend Chet owns more shrs than the current biggest Mutual Fund Holder and he's broke!
