Mike & Mindmeld, Re Cashflow - I seem to remember that Nortel holds a 20% stake in Avici who is currently deploying their routers in the Enron network. When Avici has its IPO, I expect they will get at least the $1 billion which LU paid for Nexabit. That cashflow should do a lot for Nortel's cashflow. Of course, the lack of cashflow did not prevent them from acquiring Shasta, Clarify, Periphonics, Qtera, Xros and Core-Tek.
