You're probably 75% right on two accounts. The stock does not appear to be promoted, hence where's the pump. Parry is very conservative and doesn't want to appear overly optimistic. Will Torino continue to operate in some form or fashion? Probably. After all its been around almost 20 years. Would Parry accumulate shares from unsuspecting shareholders? Probably. What's going to happen next? I'm staying tuned .
All the best

This is just speculation but I think Parry had his back against the wall and it was sink or grab life jacket from another company that needs a shell company at a cheap price.

I called him once and he told me not to get carried away buying shares. Later there was negative news to bring the stock down.

It is hard to know what is happening.
