But never underestimate inertia as the driving force [sic.] (yeah I know that's not good physics) in large organizations.

Individuals within those operating companies see what you see, others (often near the top in older more established companies) may not.

And common sense is the most uncommon of human attributes.

But in time, more will see - probably - but no guarantee.
