Hi WebDrone,
I heard they are not going to meet the DOWNGRADED numbers
that they preannounced over a month ago.
I bought 1000 shares the day before they preannounced
and after the close...down 20 points! :(

John

Web and John,

My broker basically used all my IRA money to buy LU at $76 one week before the collapse. I still have all the shares and I am thinking of holding them for a while. LU is in the right business at the right time, which is what I keep telling myself. Yes, they screwed up the execution. I have a friend that works for LU (has patents through LU and stock options) and he says there are so many "projects" underway at LU. He thinks things will get better, but might take about 2 quarters to do so.

Putting aside the fact that they might miss the downgraded numbers, could it be that this down-draft is technical? LU did gap up on 03/01 (but it gapped down on 01/06), may be it is filling the gap(if there is one in the first place)? OBV seems steady through this recent drop and the drop does not seem to be happening on high volume (relatively speaking for LU). I am thinking of buying some long term (Oct or Jan) out of the money call options when (and if)the stock hits $60.
