Kumar, if you complete a project hunt and don't post it, you'll get a lot of objections <gg>. Chaz, Master of the Hunt, books the assignments. I'm sure you'll be hearing from him.

btw, we've discussed TXN several time. I'd characterize them as a Prince With Attitude in a Kingless dsp sector.

kumar,

I would really look forward to your report and ultimate conclusions about TXN as a Hunt Project. There's no question in my mind that many of us would be able to learn a lot from it (you).

kumar, I'm sort of catching up here, and you've probably had a comment or two already. I don't see a problem with anyone doing any report on a subject company that is within our field of view....however, in the case of TXN, we've discussed it at some length from time to time and generally concluded that it's not much more than a prince, given to reinventing itself from time to time, and thus rather LT unpredictable in ways most of us wouldn't like in our portfolios. However, do not let bad vibes on my part deter you...HUNT is a two edged sword...some we keep, some we trash, the reports help make the choice. Let me know if you decide to proceed and I'll include it in my next update listing.

Kumar,

>TXN : can I volunteer for a hunt on this company ?

That would be so great. TXN is a very admirable company
but I really have no clue about it's dynamics. I hope I'll
be able to learn something new.
