Well yes that is the way it was posted here, but normally such things go both ways. Thus my assumption.

Actually PAIR should get more, as they would be more damaged in such an event.

Wow. Our boys Chuckie and Mikey are real hardnosed negotiators, huh? ROFL! I wonder if they had to wash ADCT board of directors cars in their underwear to cinch the deal.
