If Im not mistaken...the company is selling the core biz that generated these revs/earnings/losses. These #'s have little to do with the biz going forward.

It's all about incubators and IPO's now.

Does anybody know what the lockup period is for TSSW's shares? I understand the SEC minimum is 6 months (from IPO date) before they can sell any holdings...plus whatever restrictions the underwriter has added.

Would be prudent to refrain from calculating TSSW's return rate until they are actually able to sell some shares to realize a return.

6-12 months after IPO could make a big difference (both positive and negative potential).

The thing that disturbs me about TSSW now: They are 100% dependent on market fluctuations/market mood. If market returns to historical behavior (especially for IPO's)....than TSSW could be dicey. If the general market mania environment continues....then all looks to be well.

Not sure how comfortable I am with investments that need market mania to thrive.
