What Jim....are you rubbing it in!!! LOL!!! TEXN is a great company....and the PR was showing how great and on top of things management is. Most companies don't release a PR until the have the 'E'. This 'E' is not an embarrassment to TEXN but one to the NASD on being so late. TEXN filed in January....and the NASD waits until the week of the deadline to ask questions on the filing. A great buying op may come out of this 'E'. Remember...a PR is coming about yesterdays DEMO, TEXN is going to use that PR to counter any effect the 'E' may have. In fact, rumor has it that another DEMO is today. Best of Luck Cory
