Gary, I've nothing but the PR on the deal with Terabeam, and am reading with interest the technical talk about fog and rain. I, too, briefly searched for patent info via the USPTO.gov search engine. Lots on WDM, of course ... but I'm in the dark, too, on the details.

Of course, somebody thinks something's happening, judging by the action this week.
